Before participating in Fearless Household, we'll ask you to read and affirm the Fearless Household Charter.

The Charter isn't a pledge of allegiance to an organization. It describes the shared pattern of discipleship we seek to follow—centered on Christ, Agency, Stewardship, One Body, and Love in Action.

By affirming the Charter, you're saying:

“I understand what Fearless Household is seeking to build, and these are principles I want to pursue.”

Once you've affirmed the Charter, you'll be welcomed into the Welcome Fearless Household Pod—a place to learn, ask questions, meet others, attend trainings, and get your feet wet before deciding whether you're ready for a local Pod.

There is no rush to make a deeper commitment. Trust grows with time.

This step is about you as an individual.

Before creating or joining a Household, you'll create your own personal profile.

Tell us a little about who you are and what you'd enjoy bringing to or receiving from a community:

• What can YOU share, teach, train, or offer?
• What would YOU like to learn?
• What skills, interests, or experiences do YOU have?
• What would YOU enjoy doing with or learning from others?

Your profile isn't about everything your spouse, family, partner, roommates, or Household can do. Those people can create their own profiles.

And it isn't a résumé or an assessment of your worth.

It's simply your profile—a way for others to begin getting to know you.

After creating your personal profile, you'll create or join your Household.

A Household is the smallest circle of shared stewardship and decision-making within Fearless Household.

For many people, that's a family. For others, it may be spouses or partners, relatives, cohabitants, or another small group who genuinely share resources and make important household decisions together.

And for some people, a Household is one person.

There is no lesser form of Household.

Think of it this way:

Your Profile represents YOU.

Your Household represents the people with whom you share resources and everyday household decisions.

Each person has their own profile. Together, those individuals may belong to one Household.

Once you've affirmed the Charter, you can participate in the Welcome Fearless Household Pod while you decide what comes next.

Think of it as a front porch to Fearless Household.

You can:

• Ask questions
• Meet other participants
• Attend introductory trainings
• Learn how Fearless Pods work
• Explore Voice • Vote • Value
• See how sharing, prayer, service, and exchange work
• Learn from people already participating in local Pods

You aren't expected to arrive knowing how everything works.

The Welcome Pod gives you a place to learn before deciding whether you're ready to join or create a local Fearless Pod.

A local Fearless Pod is a small community of households intentionally building trusted relationships close to home.

Pods pray together, gather together, learn from one another, share skills and resources, recognize needs, serve one another, and become increasingly capable of bearing one another's burdens.

When you're ready to join or create a local Pod, we'll ask you to review and make the Fearless Pod Commitment.

The Pod Commitment describes how we choose to build and protect trust with one another:

Be Present • Protect Trust • Honor Agency • Seek Reconciliation • Bear & Share • Offer Our Stewardship

This isn't a promise that you'll always agree or always be available.

It's a commitment concerning how you'll treat the people who have trusted you enough to build community together.

Then you can:

Your Fearless Dashboard becomes your home base for participating in the community.

You'll be able to see things such as:

• Upcoming meetings and gatherings
• What your Pod is sharing, offering, or working on
• Prayer requests and opportunities to encourage others
• Ways to help and participate
• Your Household and Pod connections
• Your current Pod status
• Suggested Next Faithful Steps

You don't need to do everything at once.

Your Dashboard simply helps you see what's happening around you and discover natural opportunities to connect, serve, learn, and grow.

There is more to discover—but not all at once.

You will hear about stewardship from the beginning because it is central to Fearless Household.

But we don't begin by asking you to disclose everything God has entrusted to you.

Deeper stewardship develops through relationships.

As trust grows within your Pod, conversations, personal reflection, and additional training will help you explore questions such as:

• What has God entrusted to me?
• How can I develop it?
• How might it bless my household and others?

When you're ready, you'll have the opportunity to make a personal Stewardship Covenant with God concerning how you will discover, develop, and share what He has placed in your hands.

There is no deadline. Stewardship is a journey, not an onboarding requirement.
