The Fearless Pod Commitment

HOW WE COMMIT TO LIVE WITH AND CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER

A Fearless Pod is more than a group of households who live near one another. It is a place where trusted relationships can grow—where we learn to pray together, share burdens, recognize needs, offer our gifts, and care for one another.

Trust cannot be required. It must be built.

The Fearless Pod Commitment describes how we choose to build, protect, and restore that trust through five commitments:

  • Be Present

We invest in genuine relationships and make space to know and be known.

  • Protect Trust

We treat vulnerability and personal information with care and appropriate confidentiality.

  • Honor Agency

We respect each person's dignity, conscience, choices, and boundaries. We offer help without creating obligation, listen before assuming what another needs, and serve without seeking control.

  • Seek Reconciliation

We approach disagreement directly, humbly, and charitably, seeking understanding and restored relationship where possible.

  • Bear & Share

We learn both to give and receive, helping carry one another's burdens without keeping score.

We do not promise that we will always agree, always be available, or never disappoint one another. We commit to keep returning to Christ and to the practices that build, protect, and restore trust.

What He Has Entrusted to Me

My Stewardship Covenant

MY COVENANT WITH GOD CONCERNING WHAT HE HAS ENTRUSTED TO ME

Stewardship begins with a different question.

Not “What am I missing?” but “What has God already entrusted to me?”

Our time, talents, knowledge, relationships, experiences, skills, resources, property, and opportunities can all become instruments for blessing others.

The Stewardship Covenant is my commitment before God to become faithful with what He has placed in my hands:

  • Discover

Prayerfully recognize what God has entrusted to me.

  • Develop

Strengthen and multiply what I have received rather than simply preserving it.

  • Share

Hold my stewardship with an open hand, using it to bless others as God directs and circumstances allow.

  • Remain Teachable

Remember that stewardship is a journey, not a status or identity. I will continue to learn and will not compare my stewardship with another's.

I do not covenant to possess everything. I covenant to become faithful with what God has already placed in my hands.
